Bedford Municipal Court continues to monitor the most current statements from the Public Health Officials as well as the Government mandated restrictions. Accordingly, if you have recently travelled from an area with widespread or ongoing community spread of COVID-19, reside or have had close contact with someone who has travelled to one of these areas within the last 14 days, have been asked to self-quarantine by any hospital or health agency, or have been diagnosed with, or have had contact with, anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, or you have flu-like symptoms you may be denied access to the building.

The Court has revised the Temporary Administrative Order in response to COVID-19 effective June 2, 2020.
Located in the City of Bedford, the Bedford Municipal Court was established in 1958. The Court handles cases from 14 different, diverse municipalities. Elected by the Court’s constituency, Judge Brian Melling and Judge Michelle Paris effectuates the prompt and impartial administration of justice for criminal and civil cases arising within the Court’s jurisdiction.
