Coronavirus Advisory
Bedford Municipal Court has resumed standard operations. Restrictions imposed as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic are no longer in effect. Bedford Municipal Court is open to the public. Face coverings remain optional for all visitors. Those that are not vaccinated are recommended to continue to wear a mask or face covering, although it is not mandatory. Any person who wishes to conduct business in the courthouse is asked to refrain doing so while ill.
About Us
Located in the City of Bedford, the Bedford Municipal Court was established in 1958. The Court handles cases from 14 different, diverse municipalities. Elected by the Court’s constituency, Judge Nicholas A. Papa and Judge Michelle Paris effectuates the prompt and impartial administration of justice for criminal and civil cases arising within the Court’s jurisdiction.
