If you have been to Court and the Judge has authorized multiple payments over time, you must pay at least the minimum amount that was set up by the Court. If you are already behind in making payments, paying your minimum payment will NOT keep your case from becoming delinquent and the matter set for hearing before a Judge or Magistrate.

If you have been to Court and the Judge gave you one specific date to pay your outstanding balance, enter one of the fields below and click the “SEARCH” link.

You must pay the balance in full or appear in court on your assigned court date.

If your license is suspended as a result of a license forfeiture, payment of this waiverable ticket does not allow you to drive. Your license will remain suspended until the Court processes your payment AND you pay a BMV reinstatement fee either online* or you may visit a BMV Deputy Registrar License Agency.

If a license forfeiture has been issued for your traffic ticket, enter one of the fields below and click the “SEARCH” link.

The license forfeiture will REMAIN ACTIVE until you meet the requirements listed above.

If your license is suspended as a result of a warrant, payment of this waiverable ticket does not allow you to drive. Your warrant will remain in effect until the Court processes your payment.

The warrant will REMAIN ACTIVE until the Court processes it on the next business day.

If your vehicle registration has been blocked as a result of a Court registration block, payment of this waiverable ticket does not allow you to drive. If your license is suspended as a result of failing your payment plan, payment of this non-waiverable ticket ticket does not allow you to drive.
