Most parking violations will be handled by the police department which issued the original citation. However in certain cases a parking citation could be set for hearing at which time the alleged offender will be notified by the Court of a specific date and time for hearing.

Once a parking citation has been transferred to the Court for hearing, all paperwork and questions should be directed to the deputy clerk responsible for the charging municipality.
